Adams County Sheriff’s Office has reported that an incident of shooting in the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall in Thornton, Colorado has left one person dead. The suspect is believed to have thrown a Molotov cocktail inside the building.
Thornton Police have revealed that there is no active shooter threat in the region. Authorities have not yet been able to give an exact figure of the people who have been injured in the incident.
The establishment where the incident took place is located at 951 Milky Way. Adams County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident.
The sheriff’s office has also said that it was responding to a reported “homicide” at the incident. However, further details regarding the victim is not available at the moment.
The Adams County Fire Department has called the incident a “domestic” one, but has offered no other explanation regarding the same.
A bomb squad later arrived on the scene.
