During his early years at Fox News, Watters met Noelle Inguagiato, who worked in the network’s advertising and promotions department. The couple eventually got married in 2009 and had twin daughters two years later. However, Watters’ marriage to Inguagiato ended due to infidelity. In March 2018, it was revealed that Watters had an affair with Emma DiGiovine, a 25-year-old associate producer working with him at the time. After Inguagiato filed for divorce in October 2017, Watters informed Fox News about his relationship with DiGiovine. In response, Fox transferred DiGiovine out of Watters’ station to manage the situation. DiGiovine eventually left Fox to pursue other interests.

Watters and Inguagiato went through with their divorce, which was finalized in March 2019. Instead of going to trial, they opted for an out-of-court settlement. Despite the drama surrounding their relationship, Watters and DiGiovine remained together and announced their engagement in August 2019. They tied the knot four months later in a star-studded ceremony.

In 2021, Watters and DiGiovine welcomed their first child, Jesse Jr., and in April 2023, their second child, Georgina, was born. Although their marriage has been free of scandal, Watters faced criticism in 2022 when he revealed that he once jokingly claimed to have slashed DiGiovine’s tires when trying to get acquainted.
