Both Vice President Mike Pence and Senator Kamala Harris dodged a question at Wednesday’s debate about whether they had discussed “safeguards or procedures” with Joe Biden or Donald Trump “when it comes to presidential disability.”

Moderator Susan Page pointed out to Pence and Harris that whoever gets elected, will be the deputies to the oldest president in the American history

Donald Trump will be 74 on his inauguration and Biden will be 78.

“This has raised concerns among several voters”, especially after President Trump himself contracted COVID-19, Page highlighted.

Whether Pence and Harris had a word with Trump and Biden, respectively on the issue of presidential disabilities was the question posed during the debate.

Pence spent his two minutes vowing that a COVID-19 vaccine will be released soon.

“Please stop undermining confidence in a vaccine,” he told Harris. Just moments earlier, Harris said she will only take a vaccine when health experts say it safe and not when Donald Trump says it is.

Meanwhile, Harris too dodged the question and instead recounted the day she was told to run for the vice president. She spent her two moments highlighting her records and achievements and how she and Biden were raised with similar values.
