Nikky Haley, Donald Trump Jr and Tim Scott pitch for Donald Trump at RNC Day 1

Nikki Haley, popular Indian-American Republican politician and former US envoy to the UN, on the first night of the Republican National Convention said “America has our promise that we will on the progress of our past and unlock the promise of our future and the future starts when we re-elect President Donald Trump.”
Donald Trump Jr. at the convention said, Joe Biden and the radical left are also now coming for our freedom of speech and want to bully us into submission.”
The once in four-year GOP (Grand Old Party) convention is being held in virtual mode due to the raging COVID-19 pandemic. A small part of the official business of the convention is being held at Charlotte in North Carolina. Earlier on Monday, US President Donald Trump was nominated by the party for a second term. Trump will face Democratic candidate Joe Biden in the November 3 US presidential elections.
