US President Donald Trump’s medical team on Monday said that the 74-year-old is ‘not entirely out of the woods yet’ but will be able to go home, as per an AFP report.

The doctor added, ” that the president’s oxygen levels are normal & he will get his fifth dose of Remdesivir at White House,” as per ANI report.

The White House doctor added, “aggressive COVID-19 treatments for Trump were an unchartered territory.”

Earlier on Monday, the US President had said that he would be leaving the Walter Reed Medical Centre on Monday evening, as per EST.

The US President had tweeted, “I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid-19. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!”

On Sunday, US President Donald Trump was given the steroid drug dexamethasone, Dr Brian Garibaldi, one of the physicians treating the President said. This was done after his oxygen level dipped on more than one occasion.

His wife Melania Trump also tested positive for coronavirus.
