President-Elect Joe Biden on Tuesday will name his first cabinet picks, who will be part of his White House administration, his chief of staff Ron Klain stated on Sunday.

While President Donald Trump refuses to accept the outcome of the election and has doubled down on overturning the November 3 results by launching a spate of legal cases in key swing states he lost, President-Elect Joe Biden has outlined an economic recovery plan and is also pushing ahead with preparations to take over a the President of the United States on January 20.

Ron Klain, who was appointed as chief of staff by the Biden transition team, in an interview with ABC’s “This Week” stated, “You are going to see the first of the president-elect’s cabinet picks on Tuesday of this week.”

The 59-year-old added, “You’ll have to wait for the president-elect to say that himself on Tuesday.”

With President-Elect Biden’s inauguration coming up January 20, the Trump campaign is in hot pursuit of overturning the results of the Presidential election having launched a bevy of legal suits. While most of Trump’s legal suits have been quashed a few are still in court.

On Saturday, a Pennsylvania judge discarded claims of widespread voting fraud of the Trump campaign.

Klain in his interview stated, “Donald Trump’s been rejecting democracy. He has been… launching baseless claims of voter fraud, baseless litigation rejected by 34 courts.”

He added, “It’s corrosive, it’s harmful, but… it’s not going to change the outcome of what happens here at 12 noon on Jan. 20: Joe Biden will become the next president of the United States.”
