The rebels of the royal family, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, separated themselves from the Royal Family and went public with their decision, which had caused a lot of tremors in the family and UK. The couple moved to the States where they started their new life. However, they’ve both agreed that their new life would be the same as it was in the UK but with a different approach.

So, Harry and Meghan have been building their lives in the US where they have been making a lot of public appearances. They have also agreed that although they have given up their royal duties and have changed their countries, their aim remains the same- and that is to serve the public.

Since last year, Meghan and Harry have been busy starting their life, self-funding themselves, and yet doing all of it with some quiet panache. They had started their grant-making foundation last year and also hired a press secretary. Their foundation is a larger space for their charitable activities as well as their involvement in TV, film, and audio productions. Currently, the foundation supports five organisations.

In April, when they made their debut charitable organisation in LA that delivered meals, they were still a part of the Royal Family. Both the couple have been on individual pursuits of public service since then including opening community kitchens. Many local LA organisations have benefitted from their endeavors.

The couple also appeared on a podcast called ‘Teenage Therapy’ to mark World Mental Health Day.

While the couple has been busy starting their life afresh with many community-oriented endeavors in the US, a fresh batch of controversies has started as Meghan’s interview with Oprah Winfrey is about to air on March 7. Talking about it, Meghan said that it was liberating to finally talk about her experience inside the British Royal Family.
