Who is Anderson Lee Aldrich’s father, a pornstar named ‘Dick Delaware’?

Anderson Lee Aldrich is suspected of murdering five people and injuring others at Club Q, a gay club in Colorado, on Saturday. Aldrich identifies as non-binary, uses they/them pronouns. Their was recently revealed as a pornstar who goes by the name ‘Dick Delaware.’

Aldrich was originally given the name Nicholas Franklin Brink before they changed it to Anderson Lee Aldrich in 2016. According to the court petition for the name change, it was meant “to protect himself and his future from any connections to birth father,” Aaron Brink.

Who is Aaron Brink AKA ‘Dick Delaware’?

Brink reportedly left Aldrich’s mother when Anderson was a baby. He then went on to take up MMA and porn, under the alias “Dick Delaware.” Divorce Court and Intervention in 2009 also showed that Brink appeared on camera on reality shows when his fiancée tried to get him to stop using crystal meth, according to the New York Post. 

He also has a rap sheet that includes crimes like convictions for battery against Anderson’s mother, Laura Voepel, both before and after the birth of the suspect.

A misdemeanor battery conviction in California from back in 2002 resulted in a protective order against Brink that initially barred the father from contacting the suspect or his mother except through an attorney. However, the order was later modified to allow monitored visits with the child. 

Brink was also sentenced to two and a half years in custody for the importation of marijuana while on supervised release. He tested positive for illegal steroids, violating his conditions, according to public records.

Brink has a career record in MMA, across UFC and other fighting competitions. He had secured 29 wins and 27 losses. 

He went into porn after being influenced by a producer at a party. He began starring in films in 2002. He returned to the adult industry in 2019 after a hiatus.
