A woman identified as Mariam Abdelghany is being slammed on social media for sharing a graphic portraying a Jew depicted as an animal eating a baby, with what appears to be a Palestinian child watching from the side.

Mariam Abdelghany reportedly works at NYC Health System as a Physician’s Assistant.
She shared the post on Instagram, which was heavily criticized by a lot of people. As she made the headline, several X users reacted to it. One user wrote, “This is extra concerning when you realize that she is a healthcare professional. It may be wise for a review of cases she’s worked on. How many Jewish people did she assist? Were they treated poorly?”

“In Emergency Medicine nonetheless where patients are often most vulnerable and have no choice who their provider is and there are racists like this. What kind of care could a Jewish patient receive from this PA?” another user tweeted.
One user tweeted, “What is going on at NYC Health System. Keep Mariam Abdelghany away from patients, especially Jewish patients. Also, someone is going to sue the heck out of you if any of her Jewish patients die.”
Several social media users slammed her for the controversial post in such a delicate time when the US is noticing a rapid surge in antisemitism.
