Who is Steven Sund? Former Capitol Police Chief alleges Milley and Miller’s involvement in coverup on Jan 6
Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund claimed that General Mark Milley and Acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller were complicit in a possible cover-up involving the events of January 6th during an interview with Tucker Carlson.
Sund claimed that there were discussions about locking down the city as a result of concern about violence on January 6, but he was not made aware of them. He draws attention to the fact that Miller released a memo on January 4th restricting the National Guard’s access to various weapons and civil disobedience tools, which was in conflict with the preparations required for the demonstrations or violent outbursts that he anticipated.
