Who was Andre Bing, Chesapeake, Virginia Walmart shooting suspect?

A gunman, who opened fire at a Walmart in Chesapeake, Virginia Tuesday night has been allegedly identified as Andre Bing.

According to Fox 3 Now, Andre Bing was the night shift manager. He was found dead at the scene. 

The alleged shooter shot three people in the breakroom and one in the parking lot.

A witness told FOX3 that the 31-year-old manager shot a lady in her head then shot another man in his head. He then shot a homeboy dead before killing himself.

However, police are yet to confirm the alleged shooter’s cause of death. The motive behind the shooting remains unknown.

“We were able to find multiple fatalities and multiple injured parties,” Chesapeake Police Department officer Leo Kosinski told reporters at the scene. “We believe it is a single shooter and that single shooter is deceased at this time,” he said.

Walmart issued a statement, calling the incident a “tragic event.”

The company added that it was “praying for those impacted, the community and our associates. We’re working closely with law enforcement, and we are focused on supporting our associates.”

Some reports said that the employees of the Chesapeake Walmart had warned the management about the alleged shooter’s odd behavior. However, this claim cannot be independently verified.
