Former US President Donald Trump quashed reports that his wife, Melania Trump, has refused to return to the White House even if he wins the election in 2024. The Republican also attacked Joe Biden for his COVID-19 vaccine mandates, saying the President had turned the country into migrant ‘dumping ground’.

Answering ‘Fox & Friends’ host Brian Kilmeade question about Melania allegedly saying she wouldn’t return to the White House, Trump said, “no, that’s not true.”

“More fake news,” Trump said during Thursday’s interview. “She was a great first lady, she did a great job. She loves the people, they love her.”

Donald Trump has not confirmed his run for the 2024 presidential elections.

“Melania does not like being in the public eye and has made it clear that she isn’t interested in doing it again,” a political source said, as reported by CNN.

“You’re not going to see her at rallies or campaign events, even if he ‘officially’ says he’s running again. Instead it’s going to be Lara [Trump] or [Kimberly] Guilfoyle. They have that same urge Trump has to [run] again; Melania absolutely does not,” another person told CNN.

In another interview with Fox News, Trump said that Joe Biden did a ‘terrible job’ rolling out coronavirus vaccines.

“He’s done just an absolutely terrible job getting it out, and getting people to take it. I have to be very proud of the vaccines. We did it in less than nine months,” Trump said.
