Messaging platform WhatsApp has been found working on a new voice call interface. According to reports, the layout will be available in both the Android and iOS versions of the messaging app. Through the new interface, WhatsApp may be able to provide a better experience for both solo and group phone conversations. However, the improvements are accessible to some iOS beta testers. This implies that consumers may have to wait a while before seeing the improved voice call interface.

According to WhatsApp beta tracker WABetaInfo, WhatsApp has been working on a new voice call interface to give consumers a more compact and contemporary experience. The source also supplied a few pictures to show how the revised interface differs from the current one.

The screenshot was obtained from WhatsApp for iOS, but according to WABetaInfo, the same makeover will be included in WhatsApp for Android as well.
Users will not be able to use the updated interface until further notice. As previously stated, the improvements have not yet been made available to all the beta testers.
Just months after introducing joinable group chats, WhatsApp’s revamped voice-calling interface has been noticed. The messaging software recently added a joinable calls feature to group conversations, allowing users to join ongoing audio or video calls directly from their groups.
