Gold prices increased on Thursday as US Treasury yields
cooled off. However, the gains in the yellow metal were limited. Investors are
likely to shift focus to US nonfarm payroll data due on Friday. Stronger US
economic data raised expectations the Federal Reserve will retain its hawkish
narrative hurting the sentiments for the bullion.
