Sensex rallied 632.13 points or 1.17% to 54,884.66 and
Nifty was up by 182.30 points or 1.13% to 16,352.45.

Sensex touched a high and low of 54,936.63 and 54,449.34,
respectively. There were 22 stocks advancing against 7 stocks declining, while
1 stock remained unchanged on the index.

Nifty traded in a range of 16,370.60 and 16,221.95. There
were 37 stocks advancing against 13 stocks declining on the index.

The broader indices ended in green with the BSE Mid cap
index up by 1.69%, while Small cap index up by 1.20%. On the sectoral front, IT
was up by 2.38%, TECK up by 1.84%, Capital Goods up by 1.69%, Industrials up by
1.58% and Auto up by 1.50%, while Oil & Gas down by 0.88%, PSU down by
0.62%, Energy down by 0.54%, Metal down by 0.48% and Utilities down by 0.23%
were the top losing indices on BSE.

The top gainers on the Sensex were Tech Mahindra up by
4.10%, Indusind Bank up by 3.23%, Wipro up by 2.98%, Bajaj Finance up by 2.98%
and Mahindra & Mahindra up by 2.67%. On the flip side, NTPC down by 2.43%,
Bharti Airtel down by 1.24%, Power Grid down by 0.97%, Tata Steel down by 0.81%
and Reliance Industries down by 0.47% were the top losers.

The top gainers on Nifty were Apollo Hospital Ent. up by
5.43%, Tech Mahindra up by 4.14%, HDFC Life Insurance up by 3.47%, Hero
MotoCorp up by 3.16% and Indusind Bank up by 3.10%. On the flip side, ONGC down
by 5.33%, NTPC down by 2.40%, Bharti Airtel down by 1.33%, Power Grid down by
1.10% and Tata Steel down by 0.81% were the top losers.

Accuracy Shipping Limited, Blue Dart Express Limited,
Kohinoor Foods Limited, Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited, Medico Remedies
Limited, Paradeep Phosphates Limited, Shanti Phosphates Limites, Standard
Industries Limited have made fresh 52 week high on Friday.

3M India Limited, Debock Industries Limited, Dynemic
Products Limited-RE, E2E Networks Limited and GMR Power and Urban Infra Limited
have hit a 52-week low on Friday.

RELIANCE, HDFCBANK, INFY, TCS, BAJFINANCE, HINDALCO,
ADANIPOWER, TATASTEEL, ONGC and TATAMOTORS were the most active equities on
NSE.

Godrej Industries Limited, DSP Mutual Fund – DSP Nifty 50
EPF, Apar Industries Limited, AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited and Antony Waste
Handling Cell Limited were the top volume gainers.

3PLAND, ADANIPOWER, ADROITINFO, AGRITECH and AJRINFRA hit
the upper price band while 21STCENMGM, A2ZINFRA, ARCHIES, BALLARPUR and
BCONCEPTS hit the lower price band. There were 133 securities that hit the
upper band while 67 hit the lower band on May 27, 2022.
