Apollo Tyres Ltd: The company reported 12% year-on-year growth in consolidated profit at Rs 194.5 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue from operations grew by 17% YoY to Rs 5,956 crore and EBITDA rose 11.6% to Rs 712 crore, though the margin declined 60 bps due to higher input cost.

NMDC Ltd: The company reported a 62% year-on-year decline in profit at Rs 885.7 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 3,328 crore, which declined 51% and EBITDA fell 73% to Rs 851.2 crore against the year-ago quarter.

NBCC India Ltd: The company reported a massive 34% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit at Rs 95.5 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue from operations by 8% to Rs 2,029.7 crore. EBITDA surged 74% to Rs 88.4 crore against the corresponding quarter last year. The company secured a total business of Rs 332 crore in October.

CESC Limited: The company reported a 9% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit at Rs 305 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue grew by 12% YoY to Rs 3,913 crore, but EBIDTA fell 46.4% to Rs 490 crore and the margin dropped more than 13% on higher input costs.

Biocon Ltd: The company reported consolidated profit at Rs 81.8 crore, which fell by 48.8% year-on-year for the second quarter of the financial year 2022-23. Revenue from operations rose by 26.4% to Rs 2,320 crore and EBITDA rose 5.7% to Rs 471 crore.
