Reliance Industries

The company reported a 20.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to Rs 18,021 crore in the quarter ended March 2022, driven by robust operational income and topline growth. Revenue increased by 35% to Rs 2,32,539 crore in Q4FY22, while EBITDA increased by 28% to Rs 33,968 crore, driven by all three categories – telecom, retail, and oil-to-chemical.

UPL, PVR, Godrej Agrovet, Infibeam Avenues, Dalmia Bharat, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals, 3i Infotech, Aarti Drugs, BASF India, Borosil, Central Bank of India, CMS Info Systems, Craftsman Automation, Vedant Fashions, Suven Pharmaceuticals, VST Tillers Tractors, ISMT, Mold-Tek Packaging, Visaka Industries, and Vishwaraj Sugar Industries will release quarterly earnings on May 9.

Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) 

The company has increased its Retail Prime Lending Rate (RPLR) on Housing loans, on which its Adjustable Rate Home Loans (ARHL) are benchmarked, by 30 basis points. This is with effect from May 9, 2022.

Campus Activewear 

On May 9, the business will make its debut on the BSE and NSE.

HCL Technologies 

Confinale AG, a Swiss digital banking and wealth management provider, has been bought by the HCL Technologies’ UK division for 53 million CHF (Swiss Francs). The aforementioned transaction is expected to be finalised by July 1, 2022.

Future Enterprises Limited

The company aims to generate roughly Rs 3,000 crore through the sale of its stake in the insurance firm to reduce debt, perhaps avoiding the rigours of the insolvency process.

Shipping Corporation of India

The firm increased its consolidated profit by 77.4% year on year to Rs 152 crore in the quarter ended March 2022, owing to high topline and operational income. During the same time period, revenue from operations increased by 50% to Rs 1,314.5 crore.

Go Fashion India 

The women’s bottom-wear firm recorded a 73% year-on-year increase in profit to Rs 12 crore in Q4FY22, owing to strong operating income and revenue. Revenue from operations climbed by 29% year on year to Rs 116 crore, while EBITDA improved by 53% to Rs 38 crore, with volume increasing by 11% year on year.

Hariom Pipe Industries 

Despite rising input prices and electricity and fuel charges, the company’s earnings increased by 44.5% year on year to Rs 9.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2022, powered by a solid topline. In the same quarter, revenue increased by 33% year on year to Rs 124.2 crore.

Equitas Holdings

The merger of Equitas Holdings and Equitas Small Finance Bank has been approved by the Reserve Bank of India.

Tata Power Company 

In the quarter ended March 2022, the firm recorded a 31.4% year-on-year increase in profit at Rs 632.4 crore due to robust topline and operational income. During the same time period, revenue from operations climbed by 15.4% to Rs 11,960 crore.

Mindtree | L&T Infotech 

The L&T Group announced the merging of Mindtree with L&T Infotech to form India’s next large-scale IT services provider. For every 100 Mindtree shares held, all owners will get 73 shares of L&T Infotech. After the transaction, Larsen & Toubro would own 68.73% of L&T Infotech.
