Seann Altman, a transgender TikTok influencer, and Disney have teamed together to promote girls’ clothing, notably outfits with Minnie Mouse themes that include a red dress, yellow heels, and a red hair ribbon.
A promotional TikTok video was made by Seann Altman, who identifies as “gender fluid,” for Disney Style, a social media channel run by The Walt Disney Company that showcases Disney-inspired clothing, accessories, and cosmetics.
Seann Altman’s instruction on how to dress as Minnie Mouse is featured in the video, which was first posted by the Twitter account @LeftismForU and later published to Disney Style’s official TikTok account.
Who is Seann Altman?
Seann Altman was born and raised in Southern California and graduated with BFA in Musical Theatre from CSU Fullerton. He is based in Los Angeles.
The transgender influencer has 717,000 followers on social media and frequently posts videos in which he impersonates young girls, most recently in which he can be seen bouncing around in fairy wings.
Disney has also hired a transgender YouTuber for a significant role in a future Star Wars series, as Gateway previously reported.
Abigail Thorn, a biological man who considers himself a woman, has been cast as Ensign Eurus in the upcoming series The Acolyte.
Amanda Steinberg, a “non-binary” actress, has been chosen for the lead position. These casting decisions, according to The Direct, indicate that “the upcoming series is shaping up to be one of the most inclusive yet.”
Thorn is well-known for promoting hormone replacement therapy for kids and puberty blockers and has 100,000 YouTube subscribers.
According to Breitbart News, Disney last year “cast transgender ‘non-binary’ actress Zoe Terakes in a key supporting role in the Marvel series Ironheart just days after the show also cast drag queen Shea Couleé, an alumnus of RuPaul’s Drag Race.”
Disney cast male-to-female transgender actor Talisa Garcia to play a non-transgender role in the Willow series, which was recently cancelled after just one season. Recently, Disney introduced its first “non-binary” character in a Pixar movie; unfortunately, due to Elemental’s stunning failure both domestically and internationally, few viewers will be able to experience this significant development for the once-loved animation studio.
