For the final assessment, scores of the first and second board exams, as well as the internal assessment will be taken into account.

In case schools are closed in November-December due to the COVID situation, then the exam will be conducted at home in online mode. Its score will carry less weightage in the final result.

In case the situation happens during March-April and the second assessment cannot be held, then the first assessment will carry more weightage.

If schools remain closed during both the exams, then weightage will be given to internal assessment and practical marks.

Reduced syllabus

Just like the previous year, the syllabus will be slashed by 30%.
