The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2021 between February 23 and February 26. More than 11 lakh students are likely to appear for the national level entrance test, which helps them to take admission into undergraduate engineering and architecture programmes. This is going to be the first attempt for JEE aspirants this year and the next three sessions will be held in March, April, and May 2021.

JEE exam pattern has been changed for different programmes

The pattern of your JEE Main exam will differ as per the subject one has applied for. Candidates who have applied for B.Tech will get paper 1 to solve while those who registered for BArch and BPlanning will be given paper 2A and 2B, respectively.

How to download JEE Main admit card

JEE Main admit cards are available at jeemain.nta.nic.in. You can download and print the admit card to carry with you to the exam hall.

JEE Main exam timing

The three-hour-long exam will be held in two slots- from 9 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm.

What verification documents JEE aspirants should carry

Along with the hall ticket, examinees must carry all the required documents including a signed undertaking part, a valid photo ID and one passport size coloured photograph. Candidates claiming PwD reservation have to bring the PwD certificate issued by the competent authority.

COVID-19 guidelines for the exam

Aspirants should avoid gathering at the exam centre. Candidates should carry a 50 ml sanitiser, face masks, gloves and water bottle along with them. Body temperature will be checked in the hall. People have to maintain a gap of 6-feet inside the exam premises.
