The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination has released the
WBJEE 2021 round 1 seat allotment result today, August 19. Students can check
the allotment seats by visiting the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

The candidates who appeared in WBJEE 2021 and were selected in
the round 1 list will have to pay a seat acceptance fee to confirm the admission
and then the candidate has to visit the allotted institute for the document
verification process on August 19 and between August 21 to August 24. After
this, the second allotment list to be declared on August 27.

How to Check WBJEE 2021 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result

· First of all go to the official site
wbjeeb.nic.in.

· A new page will open

· Now enter your details like WBJEE Roll Number
and Password.

· Your WBJEE 2021 Round 1 seat allotment result
will be displayed on the screen.

·  Download and take a print out for future
reference.

This year the WBJEE counselling took place in two rounds. The
round 1 allotment list has been released and the second allotment list to be
release on August 27
. Then, the candidates who want to take admission will have
to deposit the seat acceptance fee then you will have to report the allotted
institute for the document verification between August 27 to September 2. 

After this, there will be a mop-up round. While the first round is exclusively for WBJEE qualified candidates, the second round will include seats reserved for JEE Main candidates. During the whole process, if candidates want they can withdraw their application.

“Because of
the holiday for Muharram being declared on August 20 (Friday) instead of August
19, the schedule of the first round of reporting to institutes for admission
after document verification has been revised as August 19 and August 21-24,”
read the official notice released by WBJEE board.

The WBJEE 2021 exam was held on July 17 and the result was
declared on August 6. Around 65,170 students had given the exam and out of
which 64,850 students have cleared the WBJEEE examination.
