Keeping up her style of never beating around the bush, Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut blatantly said that no celebrity in the industry is worthy enough to come over to her house for a meal, and none of them have sufficient “qualification” to strike up a friendship with her.

Ranaut, who is set to star in ‘Dhaakad’ alongside Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta, recently sat down with Curly Tales for an interview.

When asked to name three people from the industry whom she would like to invite home for brunch, the 35-year-old said, “Bollywood se to is seva ke layak koi bhi nahi hai. Ghar to bulao hi nahi bilkul bhi. Bahar kahin millo to thik hai ghar mat bulao (No one from Bollywood is worthy enough of this service. Don’t invite them home at all. If you meet them outside, that is alright, but don’t call them to your house).”

Talking about having no friends in the industry, Ranaut said, “Nahi nahi, bilkul nahi, mere dost banne layak hain hi nahi ye log. Qualification chahiye hoti hai uske liye (No, no, not at all, these people are not even worthy of becoming my friend. That requires qualification).”

Ranaut will feature as Agent Agni, a femme fatale spy in ‘Dhaakad’. The film also stars Arjun Rampal as antagonist Rudraveer, a trafficker who has stayed under the radar for a decade.

The spy thriller, directed by Razneesh Ghai, is slated for release on May 20.

During a promotional event for the film, Ranaut said that Rampal is one of the very few actors in the industry who are willing to work with her and do not fear an industry-wide boycott. She added that casting has been a massive challenge for her films.
