Rock icon Jon Bon Jovi of New Jersey is selling his four-bedroom Greenwich Village townhouse for a stunning $22 million. The Wall Street Journal was the first to disclose that Bon Jovi has listed his magnificent Greenwich Lanes house at 155 West 11th Street for sale.

According to real estate records, the singer, who is being dubbed the “secret weapon of Super Bowl 2022,” purchased the spacious 4,000-square-foot condominium in 2017 for $18.94 million.

According to the property offering on Compass, an elevator enters into a private vestibule that leads into a 40-foot living area with a Juliette balcony overlooking the city bustle and a spacious adjoining eat-in kitchen completely equipped with equipment. In addition, there are floor-to-ceiling windows and a private patio.

The principal bedroom suite in the apartment boasts views to the south and east and is equipped with a walk-in closet and a windowed marble bathroom. Each secondary bedroom has its own bathroom and closet space.

According to the listing, the property includes access to The Greenwich Lanes’ health facility, a 75-foot swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms, golf simulator, and more. A garden with a reflecting pool, a dining lounge for Lanes residents, and a 21-seat movie theatre round out the facilities.

In 2017, the ‘Dead or Alive’ singer relocated to the 11th Street condo from his adjacent flat at 150 Charles Street when he sold the 4,031-square-foot duplex in a building where other celebrities have resided, including Sports Illustrated model Irina Shayk and Ben Stiller. He apparently suffered a significant loss. The 59-year-old musician is set to begin his 2022 tour in April.
