Britney Spears seems to be trying hard to make sure that exes breaking into her home on a crucial day is just a one-time occurrence. According to a report by TMZ, the singer has fired her old security team, after her ex-husband Jason Alexander crashed her wedding last week.

The outlet states that the 40-year-old sacked her old security personnel because of their poor response to Alexander’s intrusion on the day of her wedding with Iranian actor-model Sam Asghari. She is now replacing the team with a new set of guards, as per the report.

On Monday, the Ventura County District Attorney extended Spears’ restraining order against Alexander, who was arrested last week on Thursday for breaking into the singer’s house.

Spears’ security guard Richard Eubeler, who “came into contact” with her ex-husband, also obtained a no-contact order, Senior Deputy District Attorney Erin Meister told Page Six.

Alexander, who was married to Spears for less than 55 hours in January 2004, is now required to stay at least 100 yards away from her and Eubeler. He is also not permitted to communicate through texts or calls with the two.

According to a copy of the order obtained by Page Six, Alexander has “continuously trespassed” on the singer’s property and was told on the day of the wedding that he was “not welcomed.”

Spears’ lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, said that he was “very thankful” to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office for its “professionalism.”

“And for the seriousness with which it is taking the matter, including charging Alexander with a felony. This should send a message to anyone out there who violates the law,” he told Page Six.
