In a now-deleted Instagram post, Britney Spears appeared to criticise her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
The “Toxic” singer, 40, is known for sharing her personal thoughts on Instagram, and her most recent post specifically targeted Kevin, 44.

“My ex-husband wouldn’t see me when I flew to New York with a baby inside me and Las Vegas when he was shooting a video !!! And as my brother’s best friend shows up to support a very pregnant woman in Vegas because he felt and PLAYED IT OFF TALKING AND EATING ICE ALL NIGHT,” Britney supposedly said, according to The Blast, in a since-deleted post on Thursday, April 21.
The remarks came after Spears told followers that she had endured ‘absolutely horrific’ perinatal depression with her pregnancies, describing Federline as an unfeeling monster.
She also said she found out about their divorce through a text message from a friend.

When contacted for response, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said, ‘[Britney’s account] is completely the opposite of what’s true, she knows that.’
The attorney offered a warning in a video obtained by TMZ, saying, ‘She should be very careful about pursuing a dialogue that’s based on revisionist history.’
Spears and Federline have two children: Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15.
From October 6, 2004 through July 30, 2007, the couple was married and starred in their own reality show ‘Britney and Kevin: Chaotic,’ which aired for one season in 2005.
Kaplan continued, ‘That story about Kevin in Las Vegas and Britney is completely erroneous, and he’s not going to stand by and let that story besmirch what he did and his support of her back in the day.’

Federline’s attorney went on to say that his client will not put up with any more charges from Spears, who has been hurling accusations at her family on Instagram for the past few months – ‘But when she starts talking about the way things were when Jayden and Preston were infants that’s completely fabricated. Kevin is not going to let that stand by and let that be the portrayal of fact.’
It’s not the first time Spears has been into problems for uploading her ramblings to her Instagram account; she’s previously filed claims against her family members.
Spears is expecting her third child with partner Sam Asghari and has been updating fans on her health as well as reflecting on her past.

She recently described pregnancy as “100% spiritually out of this world,” and said that carrying her children in her belly is her favourite aspect of the trip.
‘But a lot of women I’ve spoken to were so much better after they had the baby … I didn’t want mine to come out ever !!! I liked the baby being safe inside my womb and close to my heart.’
Spears added that she ‘was like f***ing devil’ and ‘mean as hell’ during her first two pregnancies.
‘It was beyond me … I think the thing that made people so uncomfortable was the fact I was unbelievably SILENT !!!
‘But geez my ex-husband [Kevin Federline] wouldn’t see me when I flew to New York with a baby inside me and Las Vegas when he was shooting a video !!!’ she claimed.

Britney stated that her brother’s best buddy was the one who turned up for her and supported her as a “very pregnant woman in Vegas because he felt” for her.
She also praised the nameless friend for exploiting her odd pregnant desires at the time, adding, ‘[He] PLAYED IT OFF TALKING AND EATING ICE ALL NIGHT !!! I swear I like huge pickles and biting down on ice literally every day !!! I was so weird …’
Britney claimed she received a text message from someone on the day her brother’s closest friend paid her a visit that indicated her marriage to Kevin was over.
‘As the ice hit my tongue I got a text saying “If you don’t divorce Kevin he will publicly do it to you …”
