Football icon Cristiano Ronaldo, who is currently on a family vacation in Spain’s Balearic Island, has lost one of his prized possessions in an accident.

The Manchester United star’s Bugatti Veyron crashed into a house in Majorca on Monday, according to a report by Spanish outlet El Periodico Mediterraneo.

The luxury vehicle, which is valued at £1.8million, was being driven by Ronaldo’s employee. While the driver did not suffer any serious injuries, the car was extensively damaged in the crash.

The Buggati Veyron is one of the several supercars owned by the football star.

If one scrolls through Ronaldo’s social media handles, it is quite easy to make out his love for luxury, which in his case, comes with four wheels and loud turbo engines.
