Liverpool and Chelsea will play against each other on May 14 in an attempt to win the FA Cup, one of the world’s oldest football competitions.

The FA Cup final will begin at 7:15 p.m. (IST). The game will be held at Wembley Stadium in the United Kingdom.

Liverpool advanced to the final with a 3-2 victory over Manchester City, boosted by careless mistakes from Pep Guardiola‘s team.

Chelsea‘s Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Mason Mount scored in the second half against London’s rival Crystal Palace, giving them a 2-0 win and a place in the final.

Liverpool and Chelsea have won £1.612 million for reaching the 2022 FA Cup final, with the last game promising an additional £1.8 million.

The total prize money for the victor is £3.412 million, which is earned through wins throughout the competition.

Chelsea has been allotted 30,500 for FA Cup final tickets. Liverpool has also stated that they have received 30,500 tickets for the event.

Season ticket holders are able to buy one ticket per person, and tickets are offered using loyalty points. There is an exception for supporters of the UK away scheme, who can buy up to ten tickets per person.

Ticket prices vary according to category. The following are the prices:

  1. Category 1 – $178 (adult) – $166 (concessions) 
  2. Category 2 – $141 (adult) – $129 (concessions) 
  3. Category 3 – $86 (adult) – $73 (concessions) 
  4. Category 4 – $55 (adult) – $43 (concessions)

Premium tickets are available on Level 2, with prices ranging from £225 to £250 for adults and £230 to £205 for concessions.

Season ticket holders and official members who attended all four games in the second sale are guaranteed tickets.

The game will be broadcast live on ITV 1 and BBC One in the United Kingdom. Sports Network and Sony Pictures have acquired the rights to broadcast the FA Cup in India.
