How will the Miami car race track look like?

The Miami International Autodrome is a 3.36-mile anti-clockwise road course engineered around the home of the Miami Dolphins NFL and University of Miami school soccer teams.

It has nineteen turns – seven right-handers, twelve left-handers – with 3 straights, the longest of which is simply below a mile. foretold lap times are within the 1m 35s bracket, with a mean F1 lap speed calculated at 134mph in simulations.

It is styled by British firm Apex Circuit Design, the track is semi-permanent, that includes 2,864 concrete blocks and a pair of 976 scrap fence panels which is able to be came upon for the race every year and so demolished to permit for parking at the arena for its alternative events.

The track itself is created of eighty five,000 yards of asphalt that was ordered in 3 strips – twenty four,000 tons in total. it’s 50-feet wide in most places, however narrows to 32-feet at flip sixteen, that is wherever the track winds below 2 overpasses to the near Turnpike road that links Miami to the city.
