Rajasthan Royals have now lost two matches in a row. They will face a struggling Punjab Kings at the Wankhdede Stadium, Mumbai on Saturday. 

Royals after their losses against the Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders are placed third on the IPL 2022 points table with six wins in 10 matches. For Sanju Samson and co, Jos Buttler has been firing at the top and Yuzvendra Chahal with the ball. The two are the orange and purple cap holders with 588 runs and 19 wickets respectively. The likes of Trent Boult, Kuldeep Sen and Prasidh Krishna have also done well.

Punjab Kings on the other hand have been inconsistent throughout the season. They are placed seventh on the points table with five wins and as many losses. Mayank Agarwal needs to fire and so does his opening partner Shikhar Dhawan. Liam Livingstone as been hittting big for the team. 

Punjab have a strong and varied bowling attack. Arshadeep Singh has also been brilliant this season, and although the 23-year-old hasn’t picked too many wickets, he has bowled economically.
