Say cheese: Musk's tweets amid news of trans child's name change
- Elon Musk's child recently filed documents to change her name
- She said that she does not want to be related to Musk "in any way"
- Meanwhile, the Tesla CEO has been writing about cheese on Twitter
Child or cheese? Tesla CEO Elon Musk seems to have chosen the latter.
Amid reports of his child Xavier filing legal documents to change her name in order to cut ties with her father, Elon Musk apparently has just one thing on his mind: cheese.
Adopting her mother's last name on Tuesday, 18-year-old Xavier decided to file documents in L.A. County to change her full name to Vivian Jenna Wilson and announce her trans identity.
"Gender Identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” she said, according to TMZ.
While this move had complete potential to produce a reaction from any father, Musk remained apathetic and decided to focus on other important things in life.
"What … is your favorite cheese?" the 50-year-old asked his followers on Twitter.
