One person wrote, “Expecting better seats, fresh colors in the aircraft and better dress codes as well as better service. Please live up to the expectations, thanks in advance”. Another asked for a more efficient and faster website, “First thing a brand new website, current website bekar.”

Flyers also requested for a more ‘professional’ and ‘organised’ air carrier.
