Actor Alexandra Daddario married producer Andrew Form in New Orleans after the two started dating in May 2021. They have had a fast-paced relationship with her management initially confirming to Entertainment Tonight that the couple had gotten engaged. Daddario, 36, gushed about her 54-year-old fiancee on Instagram.

Form has had an impressive run in the entertainment industry. He’s seen success in recent blockbuster films and television shows. The Long Island, New York, native got his break in the industry when he came in as an assistant to veteran producer Jerry Bruckheimer and worked for his late producing partner Don Simpson as well. 

During this time, Form was part of projects like ‘The Rock’ and ‘Bad Boys’. He worked his way to becoming a producer in the late 90s and in November 2001, Form co-founded the Platinum Dunes production company with popular Hollywood filmmakers Brad Fuller and Michael Bay. This production house has been responsible for a number of notable horror film releases including the 2003 ‘The Texas Chainsaw Massacre‘. Other blockbusters from this house are ‘The Purge’, ‘Friday the 13th’, and ‘A Quiet Place‘. Form is also behind the successful series ‘Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan’, making for two notable collaborations with John Krasinski.

Form has been married before, to Jordana Brewster, who he met on the set of ‘The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning’. The two were together for over a decade and Form has two children with the ‘Fast and Furious‘ actor, Julian and Rowan. Brewster filed for divorce in 2020. It was finalized in June 2021. 

Daddario and Form announced their engagement in December 2021, and the two made their red carpet debut during the premiere of the satirical series ‘The White Lotus‘.

“We said vows, cried, and Andrew’s children were his groomsmen and ring bearers”, Daddario said, adding, “We wanted to keep the ceremony itself short so people could have a dose of love and then get back to the music and catching up”, as per celebrity gossip magazine Just Jared.

As for life after marriage for Form, he has some projects in the pre-production stage including the third ‘A Quiet Place’ movie and ‘Imaginary Friends’, which will see the producer reunite with Krasinski.
