Sexual assault allegations
Phythian and Marke were convicted of 18 counts of sexual abuse of a child between 2005 and 2008 when the victim was in her early adolescence.
Victor was also found guilty of assaulting another minor girl on at least eight occasions between 2002 and 2003, according to jurors at Nottingham Crown Court.
The alleged assault began when the youngster was offered rum and asked if she wanted to play a game of "dare" with Phythian.
According to the trial, Phythian challenged the youngster to participate in a sex act with her and her husband.
The victim, who asked not to be identified, told the court that Marke threatened her and ordered her to film part of the couple's abuse. The victim was able to describe a Chinese script tattoo Phythian has near her private regions after she denied having any sexual contact with her.
The victim was abused at least 20 times and the offences continued until she was 16, according to a Nottingham court.
