Since last September, ‘The Snyder Cut‘ has been available to purchase on 4K Ultra HD, DVD, and Blu-ray discs, but without a free digital download.

The movie was made available both separately and as a part of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment’s ‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League Trilogy’, a collector’s edition box set that included ‘Man of Steel’ and ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ for the first time as well as Snyder’s eagerly anticipated director’s cut.

The digital copy of the movie which is set to be available for individual purchase from July 19 was not included in either of the home releases.

Until recently, only the ‘Justice League’ theatrical cut from 2017 was accessible digitally from stores like Vudu, Google Play, and iTunes.

From July 19, ‘Man of Steel’ (2013) and ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ (2016) will be included in the ‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League’ Trilogy bundle.

All HBO Max users can still view ‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League’, including the Zack Snyder’s Justice League: Justice Is Gray edition, which offers the director’s cut in exclusive black and white.

‘Justice League’, directed by Zack Snyder, is currently streaming on HBO Max and will be sold digitally starting on July 19.

The main question is whether viewers will learn via Blu-ray and digital sales how this film does financially, especially given that it lacks the traditional box office run to examine and evaluate.
