Benefits of beetroot:
Beetroot is rich in minerals and vitamins like iron, phosphorus, protein, and vitamin C. It has properties that fight aging and is also beneficial for treating acne-prone skin. The antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties help in keeping your skin bright and glowing.
Regularly applying beetroot pack will not only fade away the dark circles and puffy eye, but will also retrieve you from the stress at home or work. Beetroot is the ultimate solution if you have chapped lips. Iron and carotenoid act as a natural moisturizer for your skin. Hence, there is no way you can have dry and patchy skin after using the beetroot pack.
Here’s how you can make beetroot face pack at home:
2 teaspoon beetroot juice
1 teaspoon yogurt
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 teaspoon fuller’s earth
Mix all the ingredients together and apply all over the face evenly.
Leave it for 15 minutes; let it dry
Rinse it off with normal water. You can apply this to the rest of your body as well.
