Actor Mandira Bedi called out people on Instagram who posted hateful comments about her daughter Tara, who is four years old. Mandira and her husband Raj Kaushal adopted Tara in July last year.
Mandira shared some screenshots of a few direct messages on Instagram from users, who abused and mocked her daughter.
In one such screenshot shared by Mandira, an Instagram user commented on a post shared by the actor, and said, “Madam from which slumdog centre did you adopt your prop daughter?”
“The adopted street kid looks completely out of place…u greedy narcissists are scarring the slumdog for life,” another user wrote in a direct message to Mandira.
“People like this need to be given a special mention @bollywoodforevaa. You got my attention, you piece of s**t,” Mandira wrote while sharing a screenshot of a comment in her Instagram story.
In another story, she wrote, “Sickos like this, are the biggest cowards too, who only know how to wag their tongues behind the shield of anonymity.”
“More from the model citizen. He calls himself Rajesh Tripathi, which definitely isn’t his name because sickos like this are the biggest cowards too, who only know how to wag their tongues behind the shield of anonymity,” Mandira wrote in a screenshot shared on her story.
Mandira last year announced that she adopted Tara with her husband and announced the same on Instagram sharing, “She has come to us like a blessing from above, our little girl, Tara. Four years and a bit with eyes that sparkle like stars, sister to her Vir. Welcoming her home with open arms and pure love. Grateful, thankful. blessed…Tara Bedi Kaushal became a part of our family on 28th July 2020.”
Mandira had welcomed Vir, her biological son with Kaushal in 2011.
