Hollywood star Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria on Monday welcomed their sixth child. Taking to Instagram, Hilaria wrote, “7” in reference to their six children and Ireland, Alec’s daughter with his ex-wife Kim.

Hilaria, a yoga instructor, married Alec in 2012. They are parents to Carmen, 7, Rafael, 5, Leonardo, 4, Romeo, 2, and six-month-old Eduardo. They haven’t shared any further details on their sixth child yet.

“We had a baby last night!” Hilaria wrote in September last year when Eduardo was born. “He is perfect, and we couldn’t be happier.”

The couple, especially Hilaria – who suffered a miscarriage in 2012, have been trying to stay under the radar since accusations over her upbringing, according to a report in E!.

The controversy was sparked by a Twitter thread in December, which claimed Hilaria faked her Spanish accent and used the named Hillary during her formative years in Massachusetts.

Hilaria, 37, defended herself amid the backlash and kept a low profile for a month. On February 5, he returned to Instagram with the message, “I’ve spent the last month listening, reflecting, and asking myself how I can learn and grow.”

“My parents raised my brother and me with two cultures, American and Spanish, and I feel a true sense of belonging to both. The way I’ve spoken about myself and my deep connection to two cultures could have been better explained—I should have been more clear and I’m sorry.”
