The film was previously titled Pattapagalu and Southern star  Rajasekhar plays one of the lead roles in it along with ‘Bigg Boss’ fame Swati Dixit.

Swati will be seen as Rajasekhar’s daughter in the film.

Varma’s forte lies in horror movies and he has tried to use that skill beautifully in this movie as well. The makers are confident that the film would pull it off at the box office given that it is made on a limited budget.

The press conference of the film happened recently where Varma expressed how he did not want to make a film with southern star Pawan Kalyan, whose latest film ‘Vakeel Saab’ doing well at the box office.

As quoted by RNNEWHUB, Varma bluntly mentioned that he couldn’t make a film with Pawan Kalyan and hasn’t watched a lot of his films. He said, “Personally, I like Pawan Kalyan very much, not when it comes to films. I do not watch a lot of Pawan films. I have not even seen Vakeel Saab. But, it is good to see the trailer.”

He added that his style of films is very different from the ones that Pawan Kalyan stars in. ” I make art movies more than commercial films that present heroism. If I make a film with such a hero .. it isn’t for them, it isn’t good for the film. Besides, I’m not involved in making commercial movies.”
