The sixth and the finale season of Tom Ellis, Lauren German-starrer hit series ‘Lucifer’ has started streaming on Netflix today. The show has been one of the most anticipated releases by the OTT platform.

Netflix has posted the opening scene from its official Twitter handle. The tweet said, “The final season of Lucifer premieres in 12 hours! But you don’t have to wait to watch the opening scene from the season premiere!”

There was another post in which the OTT platform informed about the arrival of ‘Lucifer’ from its official Twitter handle. The tweet said, “He’s on his way to you #LuciferSeason6 arrives in 24 hours.”

‘Lucifer’ revolves around the tale where bored with being the Lord of Hell, the devil relocates to Los Angeles, where he opens a nightclub and forms a connection with a homicide detective.

The cast consists of Tom Ellis, Lauren German, Kevin Alejandro, D.B. Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Aimee Garcia, Scarlett Estevez, Rachael Harris, Inbar Lavi, Tricia Helfer, Tom Welling, Jeremiah W. Birkett, Pej Vahdat, Michael Gladis, Dennis Haysbert and Brianna Hildebrand.

Other shows that are lined up this month are ‘Sex Education’ season 3 that is going to release on September 17, 2021.
