Hozier fans on social media trolled Ticketmaster after they could not book the Unreal Unearth Tour 2023 tickets from the website. Some of them looked for alternatives – SeatGeek and StubHub.

Iconic singer Hozier will tour across North America from September 9, 2023 to November 5, 2023. He made the announcement in an Instagram post on March 16. The Unreal Unearth 2023 tour supports his upcoming album, Unreal Unearth, which is scheduled to be released this year.

It was announced that tickets will be available from March 24, 2023, 10 am CDT, likely to  be priced around $227 plus processing fees. No presales tickets are available.

However, it seems like Ticketmaster has let thousands of Hozier fans down.

“It made zero sense that getting these tickets was so hard. The bots are insane. I’m so pissed off with ticketmaster. We couldn’t even view the open seats which was very bizarre??” a Twitter user said.

“When hozier said “When the bones are good, the rest don’t matter”? Well now the Ticketmaster bones are VERY bad, and the rest DOES matter,” another one added.

Several Twitter user also started looking for alternatives to Ticketmaster. However, many said SeatGeek might not be very reliable.

“np!! seatgeek also seemed like it had a bunch when i checked but it wouldn’t let us actually check out so i don’t know if u should trust it as much,” a Twitter user said.

“What’s even worse is all the resell tix hitting seatgeek and Stubhub within MINUTES 🤬” another one added.

“I’m having a major issue and not getting answers. I received an email telling me to check my email to accept tickets – but I never received any email to do that. Where are my tickets? Can someone help? Thx!” a fan complained about StubHub.

SeatGeek was founded by Jack Groetzinger and Russell D’Souza in 2009 in New York. It is an online ticketing platform for live events. StubHub, on the other hand, is a ticket exchange and resale company.
