Actor Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra was arrested on late Monday night by Mumbai Crime Branch in a case related to pornographic films. Though the businessman has denied all the charges against him, police say Kundra “appears to be the key consipirator in the case”.

In the middle of all this, an Instagram video of Shilpa Shetty trying out yoga poses to calm the mind and reduce stress is making noise. She took to social media on Monday to suggest meditation that offers benefits like calming the mind, reducing stress, and sharpening eyesight.

The ancient meditation practice is called Tratak. “We may not always have the power to change what’s happening around us, but we can definitely control what happens within. That is possible only through Yoga. Give yourself the ability to calm the mind, reduce unwanted thoughts, centre your wandering attention, and improve your focus through Tratak Meditation,” Shilpa wrote in an Instagram post.

The actress, who is known for her love for Yoga and has time and again posted similar videos in the past, also mentioned the benefits of the meditation, which include increased concentration levels, fighting sleeping difficulties, sharpening eyesight, and reducing stress.

On the work front, the actor is set to make her comeback into Hindi films after 14 years with the upcoming comedy “Hungama 2”. The Priyadarshan directorial also features Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Meezaan Jafri, and Pranitha Subhash in key roles.

Raj Kundra, on the other hand, was taken for a medical examination to JJ Hospital by the property cell of the Mumbai police’s crime branch early morning Tuesday, reports ANI. He was also taken to the Mumbai police commissioner’s office.

In February this year, actor Sagarika Shona had hinted that a famous businessman and the husband of a well-known actor was allegedly running a porn racket along with his aides. A case was registered on February 4 at the Malwani police station in suburban Mumbai.
