Anne Heche was taken to the hospital after a car crash accident, reported TMZ. According to the website, the 53-year-old actor was transported on a stretcher after a car crash in Los Angeles on Friday.
The Los Angeles Police Department‘s public information officer told ET that a vehicle crashed with a residence in the 1700 block of Walgrove Ave at 10:55 a.m., but they did not identify the driver, describe the automobile they were driving, name the hospital, or disclose any injuries.

According to the LAPD, the vehicle caught fire and the driver was taken by EMS to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Flames Department said that the single passenger car in issue collided with and came to rest inside a 738-square-foot two-story home, inflicting structural damage and erupting in severe fire prior to LAFD arrival.
According to the LAFD, it took 59 firefighters 65 minutes to reach, confine, and entirely extinguish the persistent fires within the highly damaged building, as well as rescue one female adult located within the car, who was brought to an area hospital in serious condition by LAFD paramedics. According to the LAFD, no other injuries were reported.

According to witness testimony obtained by TMZ, Heche was driving a blue Mini Cooper when she drove into the garage of an apartment.
While occupants of the apartment complex attempted to get Heche out of the car, witnesses informed the outlet that the actress shifted into reverse and raced away.

According to the outlet, Heche smashed into an adjacent home shortly after, igniting a large fire that devoured the property.
According to the site, Heche was burned in the fire and is currently intubated in the ICU, but she is expected to survive. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
