On top of many ‘Money Heist’ fans’ want list is the death of Arturo Roman. The character, a former Director of the Royal Mint of Spain , is portrayed by Enrique Arce. During the four seasons of the show Arturo has been a constant negative and selfish presence. Hence, fans wanted him dead. But the season five has left them stumped. Despite, theories vouching for his death, Arturo survives. But instead Silene Oliveira aka Tokyo, played by Ursula Corbero dies.

Tokyo is seen entering the freezer room as she hunts for her enemies and is eventually shot. The scene, as per Twitter users, made them cry like never before and reminded many of Naorobi’s death.

As soon as the series was released on Netflix on September 3, fans after watching Tokyo’s death commented that they wanted Arturo dead instead of Silene.

Tokyo’s character is seen as a strong female who is messed up in life and has been carrying haunts of her dark past to become one of the best criminals in the city.

Hers was the first voice of the series, as she narrated how the gang ended up together.

Arturo, on the other hand, has continuously received hatred from the fans.  He denied Monica’s pregnancy and later claimed to love her. He then also risked Monica and Alison’s lives, as well as the rest of the hostages. During the second heist, he turned into a sexual predator. He raped Amanda after drugging her.

Arturo offered his pills to Manilla, as well, although he didn’t know that she was working undercover for the robbers. He then tried to play the brave saviour, even after his evil deeds were exposed. The hostages, including the governor, became more scared of him than they were of the robbers.
