After fake news of the death of Arvind Trivedi, who played the character of Raavan in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan, started doing rounds on the internet, his co-star Sunil Lahri took to Instagram to quash the rumours. Lahri, who played the role of Lakshman in the show, shared a picture with Trivedi and said he is fine. Sunil Lahri asked people not to share fake news.

In his Instagram post, Sunil Lahri in Hindi wrote, “Nowadays, we keep hearing bad news because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and this time, it was fake news about Arvind Trivedi ji (Raavan). I request those who are spreading such false rumours to refrain from doing so… By God’s grace, Arvind ji is fine and I pray that God always keeps him healthy.”
