Actress Urfi Javed rose to fame for her performance in TV shows such as “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehalata hai’ and ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’. She had entered ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ as a contestant during the grand premiere of the show. The actress was also seen in TV shows such as ‘Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhaniya’, ‘Bepannah’, and ‘Meri Durga’.
During the opening ceremony of the show, she had made a connection with her friend Zeeshaan Khan. But the ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ actor broke his connection with Urfi which resulted in her being nominated for elimination. On Sunday Urfi Javed was the first contestant to be eliminated from the Bigg Boss OTT house.

Other contestants who were also nominated for this week’s nomination were connections Nishant Bhat-Muskaan (Moose) Jattana and Raqesh Bapat-Shamita Shetty.
In an interview with the Indian Express Urfi talked about her strategy in the Bigg Boss house she said, “Since I have watched the show, I am well aware that no strategy works on the show. Even though you make big plans, everything fails when you are in the house. All that I know is that I will be myself and have lots of fun.”

On asking about how she plans to live with strangers, the actor said that since she has lived in a house with roommates she will not have any problem living with strangers in the Bigg Boss house.
Bigg Boss OTT is a prelude to the television version of the show Bigg Boss 15 which will start premiering after the first six weeks of the digital version of the show. Filmmaker Karan Johar is the host for the digital version of the show, and actor Salman Khan will take over the show after the completion of six months.
