Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford have reportedly broken up within a year of dating. The two have split ‘amicably and intend to remain good friends’, Page Six reported citing a source.
“We can confirm Billie and Jesse did split amicably and remain good friends,” Eilish’s representative told Page Six on Wednesday. The two have not been seen together since the Coachella Music Festival in April.

Several social media users are now wondering if actor Ava Capri is the reason behind the former couple’s split.
Eilish was reportedly spotted cozying with Capri at the Met Gala after-party. TMZ reports that neither the Bad Guy singer nor Rutherford cheated on each other.

“jesse mightve cheated on billie and they broke up and people are saying that ava capri and billie are gay for each other,” a social media user said.
“so they rumor that billie and ava capri are a thing? idek if we can trust that source,” a second one added.
Eilish attended Met Gala in a dress designed by Simone Rocha. Later in the night, she was spotted with Capri, who is queer. The singer’s representative told Page Six that any speculation about her cheating is false.

Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford were first linked in October last year. They went official on November 1. The couple also made their red carpet debuts wrapped in Gucci blankets at the LACMA Art + Film Gala.
“I managed to get my way to a point in my life where I not only was known by a person that I thought was the hottest f–king f–ker alive, but pulled his ass,” Eilish told Vanity Fair.
