Black Panther” is one of the most hotly anticipated on the
Marvel Cinematic Universe
. The movie will certainly be a massive hit. According
to Box Office Mojo, Black Panther when released in 2017 was the fourth highest-grossing
movie of all time in the US. The movie was also the first-ever superhero movie
nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars.

In other words, it’s safe to say that the world is eager for
a return to the technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda.

release date:

For a long period, the “Black Panther 2” release date was
scheduled for May 2022. But due to COVID-19 regulations and safety protocols,
the shoot got delayed. Earlier this year it was confirmed that “Black Panther 2” will release on July 8, 2022.

Marvel Studios executive vice president
Victoria Alonso told Argentinian website, Clarin, “There’s only one Chadwick,
and he’s not with us, our king, unfortunately, has died in real life, not just
in fiction, and we are taking a little time to see how we return to history and
what we do to honor this chapter of what has happened to us that was so
unexpected, so painful, so terrible, really.”

Black Panther 2 will not cast a new actor to play King
T’Challa (aka Black Panther). But the movie will feature several familiar MCU
faces. Martin Freeman confirmed on The Late Show with James Corden in May that
his role as the US operative, Everett Ross, will be back in the movie.
