As ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ is setting box-office records with each passing day, here’s one of the member of BTS who is making news for his similarity with the superhero character.

JungKook, the youngest member of the Korean boy band, was featured in the December edition of an international fashion magazine. For his shoot, the hunk got creative with his poses and one such pose saw him squatting on a block as he put on his best smile for the camera.

Shortly after the photos were released online, ARMY couldn’t help but spot the similarity between JungKook and the Marvel superhero. “THE SPIDERMAN POSE!” a fan wrote while sharing the photos on Twitter.

The post suddenly became viral and received similar reactions from social media users. While some shared photos of how similar JungKook’s style was to Tom Holland’s others compared their poses and even photoshopped the star on Andrew Garfield’s ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ poster to prove he was perfect for the part.

Recently, during the promotions of the film, Holland revealed that he is a huge fan of the popular K-pop group. The actor, who is promoting his latest Marvel Cinematic Universe film, admitted to being a part of the BTS fanbase aka ARMY.

The official Twitter handle of Twitter Movies got Holland along with co-stars Zendaya and Jacob Batalon, for a takeover to respond to fans’ tweets about the film. During the video interaction, Holland appreciated that the hype of the film was being compared to the craze of the iconic boy band.

Despite rising concerns over the omicron variant, “Spider-Man: No Way Home” not only shattered pandemic-era box office records; it became the third best opening of all time behind “Avengers: Endgame” ($357.1 million) and “Avengers: Infinity War” ($257.7 million).
