K-pop band BTS on Wednesday morning released the teaser of their new song ‘Permission To Dance’. The fans were treated with two good news as Billboard announced that their song ‘Butter‘ continues to reign supreme at the top spot of the Billboard Hot 100. The much-awaited ‘Permission to Dance’ will release later this week.
In the teaser, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook can be seen dressed as American cowboys. The video begins with Suga holding a newspaper that announces the end of COVID-19 pandemic.
The teaser acknowledges the BTS fandom, as we can see clips of other cities with ARMY having a board of their own. Of course, fans are having a meltdown on seeing the new outfits. BTS singer V was noticed especially, and quickly, ‘Cowboy Taehyung’ began trending on Twitter.
In May, the band released all-English track ‘Butter’, which made it to the the top spot of Billboard Hot 100 in June.
‘Permission to Dance’ has been co-written by English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. The band will also make their runway debut in the Louis Vitton Fall-Winter 2021 Show in Seoul on Wednesday, announced the boys on Twitter.
Louis Vuitton revealed that their live-streamed event in January was a very successful show as the BTS army made the event go viral. BTS and Louis Vuitton’s collaboration goes way back in history. In August 2020, the band wore full LV looks from their Men’s Fall-Winter 2020 collection during the Dynamite press conference.
The Korean group’s song ‘Butter’ will be played at the European Championship, which will be held at the Wembley stadium. The boys beat Billie Eilish and Usher with a total of 46.6% votes to earn the spot.
