Korean animated series ‘BASTION’ on Friday unveiled its opening animation sequence, featuring an original theme song sung by BTS.
Thymos Media on April 14 announced that BTS would be singing the theme song of the new 3D animated superhero movie Bastions. The song will feature BTS as a full group, as it was recorded before Jin’s military enlistment.

In addition to BTS, the Bastions song will feature a star-studded lineup of artists that includes Brave Girls as a full group, LE SSERAFIM, Heize, AleXa, and more.
“This just changed my life again in a new way 😭 A song from them was badly needed. And How can their voice be so perfect in every single song???? 😭😭 They already ate the song. I am healing,” a Twitter user said.

“You bet, did you listen to the bastions bts ost clip? What a bop,,, i went looking on YT to use as a filler with people 2 i think there is a lot yet to come, enough to drive us crazy,” another user said.
This is the first time since Proof in June last year that BTS will release a song participated in by all members.

BTS is likely to present an overwhelming sense of immersion into the dialogue and action scenes of the animation series by singing the theme song in perfect harmony, according to Timos Media.
“BTS is expected to provide an overwhelming sense of immersion to the emotions and action scenes of the series by singing the theme song in perfect harmony,” it added.

Bastions is the story of superheroes fighting environmental pollution. They reveal the identity of a villain responsible for environmental destruction. They save the earth and grow into true heroes. It will premiere on SBS on May 14 at 7:30 am KST. It is also planned to be aired around the world.
